Building on his experience in the Indian Air Force, Sgt. KP Rao is expanding his skill set to explore opportunities in the corporate sector.

With support from DGR, he pursued a Certificate Course in Retail Management at FDDI, enhancing his knowledge of marketing, customer relations, investments and business operations to align with industry requirements.

DGR continues to facilitate skill development and career transition for Ex-Servicemen, enabling them to apply their experience and expertise to new professional opportunities.

Empowering Veterans with Future-Ready Skills! 🇮🇳

Smt. Sukriti Likhi, IAS, Secretary Dept of Ex Servicemen Welfare, Ministry of Defence accompanied by Maj Gen SBK Singh, DG Resettlement, visited @crispbhopal to review DGR’s ongoing resettlement training programmes.

She interacted with 91 Armed Forces personnel undergoing certification in Graphic Design, 2D Animation & Motion Graphics.

Participants were motivated and enthusiastic to acquire new-age skills and prepare for successful second careers.
