[EXCLUSIVE] Dispatch verified the evidence of the fabrication: “The 2016 KakaoTalk Messages Were With Celebrity A” — #KIMSOOHYUN WAS A VICTIM OF FABRICATION
He was mocked as “Guk-Ka-Soo.”
*mocking nickname formed by shortening “National KakaoTalk Research Institute” (국립카톡연구소, Gungnip Katok Yeonguso).
“I am not the person in the 2016 conversation.”
Kim Soohyun broke down in tears. He pleaded tearfully, saying, “We started dating after Kim Saeron became an adult in 2019. We did not date when she was a minor.”
As evidence, he presented the results of a “same-person identification analysis.” It was a private forensic report analyzing the 2016 KakaoTalk messages released by Gaseyeon, the 2018 KakaoTalk messages exchanged with Kim Saeron, and the 2025 KakaoTalk messages.
Public opinion did not change. Instead, he was ridiculed as “Guk-Ka-Soo,” short for the “National KakaoTalk Research Institute.”
Kim Soohyun lost the strength to keep explaining himself and requested an investigation.
Then, a year later, the results came out.
It was clear fabrication. The person behind the 2016 KakaoTalk messages was Celebrity A. They were not conversations with Kim Soohyun. Dispatch verified the evidence of the fabrication.

“When can I hold you and fall asleep?”
The recipient of this message was Kim Saeron. But who sent it? The police conducted forensic examinations of the electronic devices Kim Saeron had used. They recovered conversations, images, and other data stored on devices including an iPhone 7, iPhone 8, iPhone SE, and iPhone 13 mini.
The police found no evidence of a relationship with Kim Soohyun. Kim Saeron had only three phone calls with Kim Soohyun on her iPhone 7 during 2017–2018. No material proving a relationship was found on the iPhone 8 either.
Instead, Kim Saeron reportedly maintained close relationships with at least four men during that period. Kim Soohyun was not among them. According to reports, Kim Soohyun was barely mentioned in conversations she had with family members and acquaintances.
Then, who was the person behind the message, “When can I hold you and sleep with you?” Gaseyeon and the bereaved family pushed the claim that Kim Soohyun was the person in those conversations. They tried to socially destroy him by framing him as someone who had dated a minor and sexually exploited her.

Kim Saeron had nearly 200 screenshots of KakaoTalk conversations stored on N Cloud. Most included the sender’s name in the screenshots. However, in around a dozen screenshots, the other person was saved as “Unknown.” The 2016 KakaoTalk conversation in question, which included the phrase “I want to hold you,” was one of them.
The police examined all of Kim Saeron’s KakaoTalk screenshots. They compared the messages saved under “Unknown” with the other conversations that showed the senders’ real names. At the same time, they analyzed the writing styles in the “Unknown” conversations and Kim Soohyun’s KakaoTalk messages.

“I am not the person in the 2016 conversation.”
Kim Soohyun broke down in tears. He pleaded tearfully, saying, “We started dating after Kim Saeron became an adult in 2019. We did not date when she was a minor.”
As evidence, he presented the results of a “same-person identification analysis.” It was a private forensic report analyzing the 2016 KakaoTalk messages released by Gaseyeon, the 2018 KakaoTalk messages exchanged with Kim Saeron, and the 2025 KakaoTalk messages.
Public opinion did not change. Instead, he was ridiculed as “Guk-Ka-Soo,” short for the “National KakaoTalk Research Institute.”
Kim Soohyun lost the strength to keep explaining himself and requested an investigation.
Then, a year later, the results came out.
It was clear fabrication. The person behind the 2016 KakaoTalk messages was Celebrity A. They were not conversations with Kim Soohyun. Dispatch verified the evidence of the fabrication.
⸻ FORENSICS
“When can I hold you and fall asleep?”
The recipient of this message was Kim Saeron. But who sent it? The police conducted forensic examinations of the electronic devices Kim Saeron had used. They recovered conversations, images, and other data stored on devices including an iPhone 7, iPhone 8, iPhone SE, and iPhone 13 mini.
The police found no evidence of a relationship with Kim Soohyun. Kim Saeron had only three phone calls with Kim Soohyun on her iPhone 7 during 2017–2018. No material proving a relationship was found on the iPhone 8 either.
Instead, Kim Saeron reportedly maintained close relationships with at least four men during that period. Kim Soohyun was not among them. According to reports, Kim Soohyun was barely mentioned in conversations she had with family members and acquaintances.
Then, who was the person behind the message, “When can I hold you and sleep with you?” Gaseyeon and the bereaved family pushed the claim that Kim Soohyun was the person in those conversations. They tried to socially destroy him by framing him as someone who had dated a minor and sexually exploited her.
⸻ CLOUD
Kim Saeron had nearly 200 screenshots of KakaoTalk conversations stored on N Cloud. Most included the sender’s name in the screenshots. However, in around a dozen screenshots, the other person was saved as “Unknown.” The 2016 KakaoTalk conversation in question, which included the phrase “I want to hold you,” was one of them.
The police examined all of Kim Saeron’s KakaoTalk screenshots. They compared the messages saved under “Unknown” with the other conversations that showed the senders’ real names. At the same time, they analyzed the writing styles in the “Unknown” conversations and Kim Soohyun’s KakaoTalk messages.
