It was a BUSY day @AlixMACSchool Elementary! We completed Easter crafts and art projects, dyed eggs, and made Pysankas. We even had a WHOLE ELEMENTARY OUTSIDE EASTER EGG HUNT! Each class searched for the Golden Egg and we spent A LOT of the day giggling and sharing smiles.

HAPPY VALENTINE’S Day! We had ooodles of fun thanks to @AlixMACSchool Elementary Leadership. Grades 4-6 worked through Amazing Race style challenges to unlock the tasty treat. Thanks Miss Robertson for being incredibly creative! 💗💗💗

Hockey Night in Alix was a great night of laughter, sportsmanship, completion and of course a little bit of hockey. Thanks to all the students, parents and staff who came out to this @AlixMACSchool Parent Council annual event.

SO MUCH fun was had by all participants @AlixMACSchool's annual Run STRONG color run. HUGE thanks to Mr. Tisdale's students for helping with the facilitation of the event. A rainbow of fun, mixed in with some running, combined with lots of laughs to kick off a GREAT school year!

Dr. Seuss left us a legacy of rhymes to enjoy for generations. Today we celebrated his birthday enjoying some of his books and watching his movies. We even had a couple of kids in character. Such a fun day in Grade 6 @AlixMACSchool.
