I tweet insights about God's love as I read the Bible I add the best part of my studies throughout the week I hope to make this into a book grow with me.
Most organizations celebrate performance.
The best organizations also celebrate the people who create the culture that makes performance possible.
A game-winning shot deserves recognition.
So does the assistant who stayed late to help a teammate.
The coach who invested in a struggling player.
The trainer who kept someone healthy all season.
The staff member who quietly makes everyone around them better.
Stories inspire people.
Recognition shapes culture.
What if recognition didn't end with a headline, a handshake, or a social media post?
What if it became something tangibleโsomething that reminded people that character, leadership, and service matter just as much as results?
That's the vision behind Honor Token.
Not replacing recognition.
Extending it.
Because people repeat what a culture chooses to honor.
I'm curious: If your organization could recognize one "culture builder" every week, who would it be?
@abmarkman I would auction it and use a lot of that money to start at Church. I would also ask him to sign it so I could get more money in the Auction and then I would ask him to come in the grand opening of the church.
