@heavensbvnny The earlier you wake up the more time you have. Take advantage of all 24 hours. If you’re sleep by 10pm and up at 6:30am that’s still 8 hours and you have 17 1/2 hours to do as you please. Really about 15 hours if you consistently go to sleep at 10.
@heavensbvnny I don’t have pets, my job is close to home, I’m pretty active at my job so I reach my steps throughout the day, I have no kids, and I’m financially free with zero debt. I wear protective hairstyles to cut down on how often I have to deal with my hair.
@heavensbvnny Sundays: Clean, grocery shop, cook, week meal prep bed around 10pm
Week days: Up at 6:30 am for work, arrive at 7:30am, off at 5:30pm, relax and chill or hobbies until 8:30, gym at 9:00, home at 10:00 got my life together and in bed by 10:30pm
Saturdays: Socialization/hobbies
@enjoywithshubh @sonohoor Everyone is joking but it’s exactly this. I run every morning at 5am because I can’t sleep off the trauma I’ve endured. There’s nothing else to do BUT get up and run.
