Extremely disappointed with poor efforts by @Xfinity. Have had no service for 6 days and power lines down in my yard for the same amount of time. Lack of accurate communication on restoration time has been absurd. Been told by different agents different times of restoration.

Update: I was told a crew couldn’t be scheduled to take care of the safety hazard in my backyard until Thursday at the soonest. Even though it was supposed to be this morning (6 days later) @Xfinity

@MeganHolla @USPS We have multiple packages that shipped out 2+ weeks ago with @USPS that just say “arriving late” with no delivery date. Including our Christmas cards 🙃🤦🏻‍♂️
