Enjoyed myself immensely yesterday, compering the Medway River Festival. Highlights included the massed ranks of the @RockChoir belting out some classics, the aural and visual assault which was @BlocoFogoSamba. Special mention as well to Looking Back with their maximum R&B set.
We got a guided stroll from Mel Wrigley of the @nationaltrust in Folkestone's magnificent Warren. Which featured sights of obscure plants such as wild cabbage as well as a swooping peregrine falcon.

Had an amazing walk along the North Downs from Kennington to Westwell and Eastwell today, even with the rain pouring down. The fresh air, lush greenery, and peaceful surroundings made it all worth it.
