European Parliament condemns Pakistan over human rights issues
The European Parliament has condemned Pakistan over the widespread abduction, forced conversion and child marriage of Hindu and Christian girls, calling Maria Shahbaz's case emblematic of a broader human rights crisis. The resolution urges Pakistan overhaul its legal system.
The human rights emergency surrounding forced conversions and child marriages in Pakistan is finally drawing international condemnation. At the Geneva Press Club, UNPO Secretary-General Mercè Monje Cano warned that these issues are "two faces of the same political crisis," disproportionately targeting young Hindu and Christian girls in Sindh, Pakistan due to weak legal enforcement, extremist pressure, and climate-driven poverty.
The European Parliament strongly condemned Pakistan after a court scandalous decision returned custody of a 13-year-old abducted girl to her abductor/rapist, upholding the forced marriage.
The EU Parliament and UNPO are calling for an immediate national complaint mechanism, enforcement of child protection laws, and global accountability to halt this systemic exploitation and protect minority girls.
Another case, another call for accountability. But will we see any change?

Let us not be naive and say the movie Satluj got even more famous after the ban, the way Diljit came out preemptively to encourage downloads, It is quite apparent that it was already planned to be shown in Gurudwaras.
SGPC taking special motivated interest in screening the movie points towards a larger push in imposing Khalistani sympathiser's propaganda on Sikh minds, movie which clearly and conveniently ignores rapes of countless Sikh daughters and mass killings of innocent Hindus of Punjab at the hands of Khalistanis.
This level of intereset by SGPC was not even taken, or no interest at all was taken to show the famous Char Sahibzadas movie in Gurudwaras, the movie based on scarifies of four Sons of Guru Gobind Singh Ji.

In the bloody days of Khaistani terror in Punjab, khlistani issued a brutal 13-point diktat: every schoolgirl must wear Salwar Kameez or else.
Mrs. Nirmal Kanta, a courageous Hindu principal of a government secondary school in Rajpura, dared to speak up. Seeing that many of her impoverished students couldn’t afford the new uniform, she simply requested a two-week extension.
Days later, on 17 December 1990, Khlistani trrorists gunned her down in cold blood right in front of her own students.
The Babbar Khalsa proudly claimed responsibility. Her “crime” was "Asking for a little time" so poor girls wouldn’t be forced out of school or killed.
