@shamol_coder Disposable diapers definitely play a role. I also noticed generally girls are ready earlier than boys. Training in summer seemed easiest. Give them big girl/boy underpants while @ home during day. Still pull-ups nights or if out for a few hours.
No kid goes to K in a diaper!

@shipwreckedcrew Generally agree with this. Also an issue is for summer trials (in MA at least), the pool has a lot of college students who deferred/rescheduled from school year. They are often too green on complicated cases and can be swayed by stronger personalities in jury room.

@PhilHollowayEsq I have had Lawyers on my juries. I know judges who have served on juries. The judges, especially, are careful not to disclose specifically what they do for work. Both times I had Attorneys on my jury, neither time were they selected to be foreperson.

@RealSigge87 @JackPosobiec People being their own experiences. Engineers as jurors are notorious for it. If you don't want a nurse seated on a jury for a murder trial of a nurse, use a peremptory challenge.
