Ignoring the obvious flaws in the methodology, your golden study showed that lower spending school districts appreciated quicker than higher spending school districts, about 10-15% more. Not 100% more. You rightly point out diminishing returns in my earlier comment, yet you turn around and ignore diminishing returns here?

If it was as simple as paying teachers, firefighters, police more to increase home values, some brazen billionaire would have bought dirt cheap land and ran this experiment by now.

Fact is, a property tax is a bad and morally wrong way to generate base revenue for a county. Commies crying about it doesn't make it better.

Think about what you're saying a bit more and come back to me when you have a coherent argument.

If property values collapse, do the firefighters now take paycuts?
