@dbfulton @joshtpm I don't know if this is true or not, but I heard somewhere that if someone gets a "preemptive" pardon, then if charges are brought against them in the future it's actually up to the judge if they'll accept it or not. Can any lawyers or judges on here confirm/deny this?
