@flyethiopian couldn’t fit a small backpack on a 737 so did not load it on our flight and didn’t tell us. Now off to the danakil depression 3 hrs late with no bag as it still hasn’t been found, with no explanation, no help and a pathetic offer of 150 birr (about £3) compensation.

@LloydsBank is the worst bank in the UK. They've been blocking my transactions for 4 days during which time I've been waiting for someone to respond on webchat. I cant call as I'm abroad and can't access my own money. All I get is 'sorry our guys are busy'. For 4 fucking days?!
