@vueling So to add to the £1600 we spent (as a school) to equip the 7 kids whose bags Vueling did not put on the right plane and the distress that caused 7 children without the right kit for the trip /tournaments. Vueling then compounded this issue with an inability to keep to agreements.

@vueling sports tour started today. Flight overbooked, thankfully a wonderful manager helped make sure our party of 140 all boarded. However, 7 student bags lost. Hoping they appear and make their way to the hotel as they have sports kit for tomorrows games!!

Arrive at BCN - bags in transit to hotel. Vueling confirm they will recall and send to UK for Monday.

Friday morning - hotel call to say Vueling left the bags at hotel.

@jboucher07 It’s never nice, but unfortunately the best practitioners with the most in depth risk assessments will still not mitigate all risk in sport. Injuries happen, it’s all about dealing with them in a way that supports the student and ensuing staff feel equipped to deal with it.

@MrSandersonPE We have mixed sex, but ability set. It has worked for us with engagement as we vary the curriculum to meet the ability, needs etc of the set. 5 sets on at a time enables (2 halves) Biggest win has been the uptake at gcse (especially with girls).

@JgRawson @RacheldoesPE Agreed. I often leave school promptly so I can see my children and then work once they are in bed. I do not ever expect a reply or for the email to be read before the next working day. It is a staff members choice to read emails at 8pm.
