@TowerHamletsNow @MacNaughten22 The property is managed by TH Homes. She’s been trying to liaise with the the repairs department on 0207 364 5015 who say the contractors will contact her. Calls are not returned. She’s sent an email to the complaints dept to get the heating fixed. This can’t continue. Pls help.

Get your act Tower Hamlets Council.... How can you leave a 79 year old woman without heating for 10 days in Colstead House. It’s a disgrace. She’s freezing her way through isolation, snow. Why can’t someone take the time to call her to explain and offer help ?

@TowerHamletsNow my 80 year old aunt who lives in one of your Watney Market flats has been without heating for 10 days. She still does know when it will be fixed. It’s January, freezing cold, & she can’t go out because of covid. She is alone & upset. What an absolute disgrace.
