@brokeymcpoverty Check out these DK yarns from knit picks. On the more affordable side. On the left hand you can filter for fiber that will be softer: alpaca, cashmere, silk. Any blend will be nice.

Good luck with the move! Love this idea!
@MatthewOlzmann Update: ‘Twas a rousing success. It went over really well and got a lot of laughs as expected. I didn’t expect that it would make people cry, but it seemed to really touch many of the attendees. Thank you for such a wonderful poem that drew out so many different emotions from us
@MrsFridayNext Eshakti is such a great resource, and loving these recs. No longer dreading this. Signed up for a paid substack (which I was overdue with anyway) as a small way to say thank you.
@MrsFridayNext, if you have time/inclination: Need a dress for my bros wedding. I love your style. ive never been an online shopper and not seeing anything in person. Any recs?
@MrsFridayNext An athleisure dress is ”dressing up” for me so something w a little flair wd b great. I straddle straight & plus size. i 💜 color, but going for autumn colors to fit the wedding. I’m bottom heavy, so prefer tighter top with defined waist. It’s a very untraditional wedding
@dayladevore At the beginning of the year, I turn all the hangers backwards. After it’s worn, I put it back right way round. At the end of the year, I let go of anything I didn’t wear that year.
@radbrowndads love the simplicity of your chai! Have a recipe I like but very involved. Do you use a specific milk/sugar amount, or do you let the ancestors tell you when to stop?
