@TheRAC_UK@RAC_Care husband has been waiting in a car park in Gloucester for over 19hrs for a recovery which we have already paid for. He has had no food or water during that time and we are desperately worried about him. Please can you get things moving to get him and car home
@oasis@Ticketmaster@Twickets Horrific system with @TicketmasterUK - got to front of the queue so many times, always kicked out when selecting tickets. Real fans here - husband saw you at knebworth, daughter knows all your songs. 6 hours wasted today on last day of summer hols. All of this, and I’m justgutted
@TicketmasterUK days prepping by downloading the app, uploading credit card, following your advice - got to the front of your queue so many times, twice into the opportunity of selecting tickets and kept getting kicked out. Unfair poor technology system.
@hoezeth If your landlord has an agent it’s very unlikely they have much of a say in the costs that are charged. I’ve heard of managing agents charging landlords just shy of £200 to replace a number of lightbulbs. The tenants could have easily done this before they left.
@aclientfirst I wholeheartedly agree. I’ve struggled with some support groups where kindness is prioritised over proper conduct. Obviously public critique can be painful and shameful, but we need to be aware of our potency and the risk of potential for harm.
Boris Johnson agreed in the final hours of the protocol negotiations that there'd be customs declarations on goods exiting NI to Britain, despite the fact that 3 weeks later he told NI businesses there'd be "no forms, no checks" according to a new book

@coach2therapist Like so much in the work we do, it depends on the relationship. If we’re attuned to our clients we can have. A good sense if it will add or take away from the work.
@coach2therapist @ballantine70@LnDConnect @ChristineLocher There’s also the Object Relations theory that we revert to binary thinking when we are emotionally triggered. There can be a huge amount to be gained for exploring this in coaching. #ldinsight
@Brendan_Learn@ballantine70@LnDConnect I mean anything away from either/or binary thinking - in this example, either problem OR solution. Like when reframing a ‘problem’ can release so much opportunity. #ldinsight
@SeanBrownHRTech Yes - I love this. All too often clients come because the pressure to come up with a solution to their ‘problem’, means it isn’t effective, because it hasn’t been properly defined and/or explored. #ldinsight
@MargaretBurnsid Yes I have heard a lot about this too. It’s often my sense that it’s a bit of a catch-all term for unresolved deeper issues - if the issue isn’t clear or achievable etc then of course the conversation is going to be difficult.#ldinsight
Good morning all! Newbie here, invited to join in by the lovely @coach2therapist Trish Turner. Looking forward to seeing what it’s all about! #LDInsight
