@VerizonNews Credits need to be issued automatically and not a token ONE DAY credit. We depend on cell service to be available just to do day to day functions. People stranded because they can't reach a ride share, not able to pay for services, etc.

@VerizonNews This is beyond appalling. The same issue happened TWICE in 2025. It's pretty much happening every 2 months. People are stranded without GPS (good luck buying a map at a gas station today.) People can't reach their loved ones! Just appalling.

@BNicholas I don't think there's a single lounge at CLT that's great. The centurion lounge is always overcrowded and finding a seat is nearly impossible, and minute suites are starting to show their age and the staff often disappear for extended periods.
