🧵 HMCTS are at an advanced stage in building digital platforms for new divorce procedures due in April. On joint applications, they are asking for views on which platform should be developed first.

@legalhackette @thetimes Directory submissions are the marketing equivalent of HR hating annual appraisals....

@legalhackette @thetimes It can be different things, so you may be able to say x,y and z are your clients in specific areas of practice, but not say publicly the work done. Could include the detail of the work on a confidentially so that the journalist has the ammunition needed for ranking.
