the most vital portion of @POTUS speech was his complete and total condemnation of hamas as a vile terror group
A statement not heard enough especially from some members of our own congress @KYHSAPLC
Biden uses juxtaposition in comparing the Israel-Hamas War to America's 9/11, cautioning Israel not to be "blinded by rage" as the U.S. was. As head of a country that has gone through a similar calamity, Biden is guiding Israel not to make the same mistakes the United States did.
@KYHSAPLC It's disappointing to see circumlocution from Biden, when talking about the "Middle East" as a whole, after the way he totally and outright defended the people of Israel.
Hamas’s terrorist attacks against Israel.
The need for humanitarian assistance in Gaza.
Russia’s ongoing brutal war against Ukraine.
We are at a global inflection point that is bigger than party or politics.
Tonight, I'll address the nation at 8:00 PM ET from the Oval Office.
I’m inordinately proud of my AP Language students—100% pass rate and scores significantly higher than the state and global averages! Well done, young ones! 😊
The unexpected side benefit of the ChatGPT explosion is that I now beam with pride when the first line of a student’s essay is like “their is alot of great thing’s abt the great gatsby for example the title.”
DeSantis states "Americans have been voting with their feet". This idiom literally means that people express their beliefs through their actions. This is vital to DeSantis's victory since Americans see these horrid things occurring, and fight against them.

Rubio restates the phrase "they want" numerous times at the beginning of his speech to emphasize the things that the Americans are looking for and to show that he is acknowledging what they want. @KYHSAPLC
Rubio also uses ad hominem. He states, “and now Joe Biden can do whatever he wants, depending on what he wants, if he can remember what he wants.” This weakens his argument because instead of providing a supporting point, he pointed out Biden’s tendency to forget @KYHSAPLC
@KYHSAPLC Marco Rubio uses hyperbole by saying “the greatest country in the history of mankind” to give the people a feeling of shared nationalism and patriotism for their country
@KYHSAPLC Senator Rubio opened up his acceptance speech with inclusive language. Instantly the audience roars with approval when he includes himself and empowers them by saying "we're a diverse people." He also addressed his opponents fallacy of appeal to doubtful authority.
Rubio gives a pathos-laden speech by talking about veterans being homeless and committing suicide which makes the people feel sorry and sad for them. @KYHSAPLC
