one of the most painful things as a trader is being able to read the charts and know where PA is most likely to go

but not executing 0on those ideas due to your own psychology

LOL pure accuracy in where I wanted to see Price go but my dumbass took a long when a setup presented itself

to be later stopped out and PA continuing down exactly where I had predicted in Premarket

I think its time to take a break from Trading lol ....

think I'm going to implement a rule that says no trading before 9:45 because why am I constantly seeing A tier setups that don't play out keep getting manipulated and my pants pulled down smh

Liking the look of shorts over NQ down to this London hourly low
resting above an unfilled 4hr FVG also within The daily discount

But I can also see high potential in ES coming back up to retarget the REQ,Hs above

not sure what to say dude this weeks been so rough for me, Difficult to come on X and see hella people taking W's but I know comparing is not right

One of if not My worst week this year for sure

Doubling down on low quality ideas
forcing bias
taking an A+ mid week and acting very well
then back to retard shit

idk what's going on this week
low-key starting to dislike trading even tho I love this shit

But I trust God and the process and maybe this is what I need before levelling up

Premarket to me is looking like a pretty internal range Trading day

I see much more potential for Shorts for rebalancing
and Longs for extension depending on todays volatility

considering we are trading in a HTF discount from Yesterdays strong sell off and SMT's at the highs for NQ I'm expecting more Bearish open but well see
