1本目が通常の24fps 124f生成、2本目が12fps 73f生成。 ※音が出ます。2本目の音の乱れはたまたまか副作用か今のところ不明です。

Mac完結、CUDA不要、出力(PLY / SOG)は手元に残る設計。カメラワーク自由、キーフレーム完結など映像制作寄りの用途で個人でカスタマイズして使えるよう調整中。(3DGS初心者🔰なので色々教えてください🙇)

■ パイプライン
・時間窓ごとにLaplacian分散最大のフレームを選択(等間隔抽出は不使用)
・全天球 → 仮想カメラ12方向(yaw 4 × pitch 3段)、各90°×90°・1920×1920px。8Kの角解像度と一致させる
・12方向を同一光学中心のrigとしてCOLMAPに投入、globalマッパーでSfM
・YOLOで人物(撮影者・通行人)をマスク。SfM用には方向割当マスクも併用
・Brush v0.3.0(Rust / wgpu、MacではMetal)で学習
・splat-transformでSOG化、Spark(three.js)で表示
・globalマッパーの座標系は重力に揃わないため、カメラ姿勢のy軸平均から重力を推定して水平補正

■ ゲート
・数値ゲート9つ + 人間の目視承認3箇所(SfM軌跡 / ウォークスルー / プライバシー)
・SfM後に停止し、カメラ軌跡を目視承認するまで先に進まない
・2000stepのsmoke学習 → SOG化 → Brushネイティブ描画とブラウザ(Spark)描画を同一カメラ姿勢で比較。一致しなければフル学習を拒否

■ ビューア
・WASDで歩行、視点の高さ変更、スマホはタッチ操作
・撮影時の歩行軌跡を自動で辿るカメラ、キーフレームでカメラワークを作成・JSON書き出し

■ サンプル(105秒・8K、M4 Pro)
・SfM登録率100%(264/264)、再投影誤差0.751px
・仮想カメラ生成〜SfM完了まで約5.5時間(CPU)。うちglobal再構成は約20分
・学習40,000stepで約2.5時間。採用は10,000stepのチェックポイント(平均PSNRではなく黒抜けゼロを優先して選定)
・SOG 82MB(元PLY 1.47GB)。ブラウザ描画とBrushネイティブ描画の同一姿勢比較でPSNR中央値31.6dB、黒画素率0.04%
