"When Bryce got the stick and brought it around, I saw Letsile on the anchor leg and I was like, ‘Dang, this one’s gonna be tough.’ I had to be smart. I couldn't get out too hot and I couldn’t get out too slow, because the kid just ran 19.4 and you don’t play around with people like that. So I knew I had to draw him out a little bit through 200m and just let him sit on me a little bit. I knew it was gonna be a fight coming home, so it was probably my most calculated anchor leg that I’ve ever run.”
