That's so embracing, I think that logic should be studied.

I heard a similar argumentation why children of working class families staying in "after-school" cannot study there instead of only doing nothing. They told me -- if those children will study math or italian at after school, this will be disadvantageous for the children who don't go to after school. That so ridiculous that I couldn't speak for a while.

So quite some children are not able to finish 2nd elementary because their level of math/italian is low and the same children go to after school. Their parents work until late and don't control if their children are studying at home after that.

It is elementary, to teach students at after school one doesn't need to have PhD.
