@ehdande Sounds like saying we know there is risk, so let's activate it? Formally?
No amount of donor funds will help us, we " eat" everything..
So I disagree
Facts must anchor our national conversation, not alarmist claims.
Rigathi Gachagua alleges that the Social Health Authority (SHA) carries a KSh 98 billion debt. That is simply NOT true.
SHA does not hold such debt.
On the contrary, it has over KSh 30 billion in surplus funds, resources strictly ring-fenced to settle verified claims. The system has capacity, but it will not fund fraud, waste or inflated billing.
This is precisely why the transition to a digital claims platform, powered by artificial intelligence and data analytics, is critical.

The High Court has allowed an application by the @LawSocietyofKe and granted orders in the nature of haveas corpus directing the @NPSOfficial_KE to unconditionally release Peter Muteti, Bernard Kavuli, Billy Mwangi, Gideon Kibet, Rony Kiplangat, and Steve Kavingo.
The @IG_NPS, in particular, has been ordered to immediately facilitate the compliance with the Court's directive both personally and in his capacity as IG. The Court has emphasised that failure to adhere to the order will invite penal sanctions for contempt of court. We are prepared to exhaustively prosecute such proceedings for contempt, should this order be disregarded by the IG and officers under his command.
The court has equally ordered the apex leaders of each of the constitutional bodies implicated in the abductions to personally appear at the full hearing of the application to answer to questions raised on the arbitrary infringement of rights sanctioned by themselves or by persons under their command. We reiterate our commitment to ensure these orders are served upon and adhered to by the relevant individuals.

@bonifacemwangi Families including kids who planned in advance to attend are not ready to engage with politically motivated goons and police action.. so let the marathon be, let's demo on a separate occasion
@bonifacemwangi The objective of the marathon is towards a noble cause @bonifacemwangi, its attended, operated n supported by people aligned to that cause.
Including a political agenda in form of a demonstration is not the best idea for this occasion.
MPesa Till number for example, where One payment is for a number of items (Receipt lines) which are possibly of different tax tariffs. How will the trader define the tariff for their SKUs? Which then determines amount to be billed
On my first day of work as Head of Legal/Company Secretary for Stanbic Group in May 2007, my MD told me something on performance which I have never forgotten: On a golf score card you have space for your name and your score - no space for comments, reasons, and excuses.
Yani he said the way Murkomen was flexing on Kenyans wasn't hard enough, he has consulted widely and decided on a broad based approach and will do better
