@ronmortgageguy Can confirm from years of experience that you’re 100% correct that they move quickly when owed money, and slowly when they owe money. Similar dynamic when it comes to exchanging information with auditors, etc. It can take them months/years but they expect your response in days.

@CanadaTaxGuy @LesLamb Yeah exactly, RE sales, mainly in the GTA. I've assisted 4-5 people in the past year dispute these situations where the CRA deemed their RE sales as business-in-nature thus should attract GST/HST and that is how they start the audit while making up a CRA-generated BN.
