2026: Thought of giving it another shot with a benefit of doubt
Today: SG877, a 2 hour DEL-AHM flight is delayed by 3.5 hours (yet) - 2 big centers

This lack of regard for someone's time is just abysmal.

@flyspicejet @flyspicejet we have been taking flights for ~20 years now. Spicejet was my first air travel back in 2006. Some disruptions are completely acceptable, and passengers also fully abide by that.

But this 'consistent' lack of punctuality is extremely disheartening

@flyspicejet And re: changing flights, the only other daily flight you have is at 10:00 pm, which completely messes up my entire travel and schedule.

So the only other viable option for rescheduling is if you book another airline for me which maintains some semblance of the original time...

@flyspicejet A one-time delay is still acceptable - uncontrollable, but if you look at the logs for this flight - 7/8 times over the past week this flight has been delayed.

And these are 2 big population and commerce centers, so why are we institutionalizing these delays at Spicejet?

Was supposed to board AI126 from CHI to DEL today at 9:45am, and take off at 11:00am CT.
It’s been 8 hours, and every single passenger is still sitting at Chicago O’Hare with no credible instruction.

Utter disregard for the value of time.
Extremely disappointed

We pay a premium and take a direct flight, but this has been a financial and professional damage

There’s a huge Indian diaspora in US which flies home often, but such experiences will sadly push us away from AI
