I am surprised that E-governance system for Seafarers has become so unfriendly now.

Poor Seafarers are suffering from photo and signature issue. Maritime Training Institutes are nearly shut.

Seems @dgship_goi has no sympathy for Seafarers.

For the beleaguered Seafarers and Shipping Industry, opening of Maritime Training Institutes by @dgship_goi is the only thing which will help.

Employment of Indian Seafarers adversely impacted.

@shipmin_india can do data analysis and see ₹200 Crores spent by Trainees for stepping into Merchant Navy is becoming Dead INVESTMENT.
