I’ve been holding back on fully stepping in...Building a name, a face, a brand in Web3. Because the next levels require being seen. In crypto/web3: DOXXING.

WOW! @marv1nstarr is so right, Web3 gaming has a trust problem.

But that’s only the surface. Here's my additional take:

What we’re actually seeing is the aftermath of an unconsolidated cycle.

The 2021 cohort is still recovering, while the 2024–2025 wave failed to replace it. Not because of lack of effort, but because the products and narratives weren’t strong enough to bring in true retail.
➡️ We got repetition instead of reinvention.
➡️Incomplete games instead of finished experiences.
➡️Extraction-driven ecosystems instead of cultures worth belonging to.

Even the most capitalized ecosystems, from Sky Mavis to Immutable, haven’t fully delivered the next compelling leap yet.

So:

❌Just a matter of “showing up early” like in Axie.

✅It’s about delivering something fundamentally better.

The next breakout:

❌ A game.

✅ It will be a franchise
- a world, a culture, a product that extends beyond crypto and earns global relevance.

When that happens, trust won’t need to be rebuilt.
It will be reclaimed.

And when it is, a large portion of the old cycle returns alongside a much bigger new batch.

Respect for putting together that tier list based on CT noise. Real effort!

But ranking Aurory at E-tier is wild for one of the biggest serious builders out there.

Why would I say this?

[1] They raised $109M in 2021
[2] Used every cent on pure building
- no unnecessary hype
- no play-to-airdrop extractor schemes
- no wasteful overspending.

HIGHLIGHTS THAT EVERYONE NEEDS TO KNOW:
A. Amiko Legends is the only game with minting, burning, and marketplace... INSIDE THE GAME.

B. Soon, even the breeding mechanism is a fully inside the experience(Yes, IN-GAME).

C. Genre-defining monster collector with PVP/PVE and real e-sports potential.

Mindshare (or project noise) is often OLD NATIVE-CENTERED and KOL-MANUFACTURED. I hope the generator of this GAMING TIER is not one of those MANIPULATORS.

Projects this AAA-level deserve deeper study and an S-tier, not noise-based criticism. Only unpaid extractors and fake gamers would disagree.

I respect every gamer still making noise through this crypto winter. Will keep following the writer's takes and will wish him progress.

Short-term extractive projects have eroded trust, while capable builders often lack sufficient runway to fully realize their vision.

Legacy names (from the 2020–2021 cycle) continue to recycle unsustainable models, further amplifying user fatigue and skepticism. As a result, venture interest in new concepts has declined, and even the most promising teams are either still in prolonged development or constrained by diminishing resources.

However, a single breakthrough, ONE GENUINELY ENGAGING AND WELL-EXECUTED GAME, could reverse the cycle, restoring investor confidence, sparking new trends, and reigniting the broader Web3 gaming ecosystem.
