Our survival as a species depends on our ability to recognize that our well-being and the well-being of others are in fact one and the same. - Dr. Marshall Rosenberg
Today’s thought after meeting a lovely former multilingual Lawyer currently homeless and suffering from drug addictions:
I will not value anymore living beings according to their bank account, their achievements or/and their actions, but according to their heart.
Today’s observations
Man-made loop
I miss then I'm scared
I'm scared then I snatch
I'm still scared then I snatch & store
I'm still scared then I miss
Natural loop
I miss then I explore
I explore then I find
I find then I share
I share then we have & live
We live then I miss
Ein Gedanke heute für meinen #weltfrieden
Glücklich sein ist weniger eine Funktion meiner Umgebung, bzw. Mitmenschen als eine Funktion meines Herzens
#gfk
To be happy, I try to change my heart not my fellows

Evolution, a theory
Raw food=slow-energy (-) & living bacteria (+)
Cooked food=fast-energy (+) & dead bacteria (-)
Juiced food #rawvegan=fast-energy (+) & living bacteria (+)
Fire is the past, Electricity the future
Live long=don't kill bacteria, keep them

“Being in a hurry is inversely proportional to quality of life. As the old saying goes, ‘Walk slowly and you’ll go far.’ When we leave urgency behind, life and time take on new meaning.” - https://t.co/60iNfF2W0m #bookreview#sketchnote#ikigai
Learning today from a wol circle: empathy is not a result, it is a process.
My intention to understand interlocutors is key, actually understanding them may be a beneficial side effect.
Mirror Neurons, pattern recognition, role models... How do living-beings learn? Do they really need trained people to enable them to recognize repeating facts? My experience tells me no, my environment seem to be perceiving a different truth...
Day 23 of #SaveCongoRainforest! The average person in the United Kingdom uses more carbon dioxide in two weeks than the average African carbon footprint annually, yet they are the ones being most affected! #SaveCongoForest_Flora_Fauna @vanessa_vash @ElmGrace @e_thunter 💚💚
Today, 1950 born German lady on #education:
"Children need limits”
Me on #unschooling:
Yes people want needs-fulfilling limits
Defining commonly agreed limits, allows everybody's needs to be fulfilled
When your limits are my limits, I have no need to impose my need for limit #NVC
My thoughts today after a @workingoutloud Circle:
Discussing with people that think quite so like me, strengthen my self-esteem
Discussing with people that think differently, widen my narrow rim
@workingoutloud shows how diversity can be constructive

Merci @fred_laloux de m’avoir ouvert les yeux sur des formes alternatives (qui fonctionnent) d’interactions entre humains! #tealorganisation a changé ma vie!
I used to believe that news publication is a binary business
Whereby a publication is either 1=TRUE or 0=FALSE
Now I perceive that publications are made up of 0s AND 1s.
Fake, Real, Facts, Scientific publication, no matter its label I do not refrain to separate the 0s from the 1s
I am on the river of Life looking for the “Flow”.
Taking as role model @felber_c or @raphaelfellmer or @josdeblok I perceive that they got it and kept it, but how? Was just wondering today :)
I am sometimes confused when such comments are tweeted:
"Charity won't fix inequality. Only structural change will”

Who is currently profiting from the structure now?
