And have had to do that every month for the past 4 months. They are utterly in capable of handling this. I was also denied the option to speak to someone above customer service and really address with anyone that could fix it. I’m at such a loss. #CancelStudentDebt

Ok but really, who do we talk to about this. I’ve had to call @MOHELA twice a month since October for an 1+ call every time bc they keep fucking up my payments, taking multiple payments a month. I’m told I can’t cancel auto-debt bc that would cause a missed payment (cont)

This is a scandal on its own terms, but made worse because @MOHELA is very very bad at servicing loans.

MILLIONS of MOHELA customers experienced servicing errors since payments resumed.

In total, more than 4-in-10 MOHELA customers have had some kind of servicing failure.

Reporting me to debt collection. Mind you, I HAVE ALREADY MADE THE QUALIFYING PAYMENTS FOR PSLF!! I requested forbearance while that is processing but the forbearance is also processing so they keep taking payments. I’ve put stop payments thru my bank, called @MOHELA for refunds,

question: my dog is OBSESSED with his lamb chop toy. he literally puts it in front of the door on our way out so it can be the first thing he sees when we get back. He hugs it constantly. He won't go anywhere in the house without it. Does he think it's his child? His mom? ??
