It’s been 2 months and I wake up to hot slaps from small chubby hands because I’m not a morning person.
Where do I present my case? This person in question can’t even speak. Pure gibberish.
So, I am a yapper in real life, but I don’t know how to yap on LinkedIn.
Put out 2 posts and love seeing people I actually know comment and interact with my posts.
#winning!
I used to dislike 6 by 6 beds but sleeping with a rotating baby has me missing something I’ve never had.
Also I don’t like baby cribs because night fevers don’t give warnings.
Brokers who post luxurious apartments and…. whatever they are showing has no trees in the compounds. No grass, nothing to move the wind, what luxury are you showing?
Houses are going to be hot, what’s the luxury in not having nature?
In 1966, All African counties boycotted the World Cup to protest apartheid and how black South Africans were marginalized
In 2026, All African countries supported Mexico against South Africa in protest against their xenophobia
Live long enough
If someone at work tries to micromanage you, micromanage them back.
Send them too much feedback, ask them a lot of questions, do follow ups when they go quiet or even when you know they are busy don’t let them rest.
Girl to girl: be that girl again.
Get disciplined again. Take care of yourself again. Eat better & move your body again. Oil your edges & drink your water again. Start praying & reading your Bible again. Get your money up and sleep 8 hours again. Find your spark and put yourself first.
In closing, I'm not in a position to advise Uganda on how to organize its examination system, except to suggest the adage "start with the end in mind." Leaders need to decide (broadly) what they want graduating students to be competent in, and then assess accordingly. 15/15
As you can see, these systems are optimized for different outcomes -- the Confucian system for harmony and conformity, the American system for critical thinking and innovation. So, if I were going to critique the Ugandan system, I would ask what you're trying to assess. 11/15
In many obvious ways, the Ugandan system partially reflects Ugandan culture. In America it is considered disrespectful to keep someone else waiting -- you're not being respectful of their time. In Uganda, to expect another person to abide by the clock is disrespectful. 12/25
