Extremely disappointed with O General. Brand new 2 Ton AC repeatedly fails whenever compressor starts. Entire house lights blink, stabilizers restart, AC shuts down again and again. Your technicians visited multiple times but failed to fix the issue.

First my house neutral was blamed. I spent extra money on electricians and repairs, but the problem still continues. Later your own technician confirmed capacitor fault, yet even after replacement the AC is still not working properly.

This has caused mental harassment, wasted time, extra expenses and complete inconvenience. I no longer trust this AC or your service team.

I demand immediate replacement or full refund. People should think twice before buying O General AC. Extremely poor after-sales service experience from a premium-priced brand.
