@liverserjun @IHPBA @surgery_hps @EAHPBA We had a similar case in a 32yo female, completely transected pancreas with a 2cm gap. Offered subtotal pancreatectomy but she discharged against advice, with a HR of 120. Saw her 3 months later and she was well but had a massive pseudocyst..
