@madebygoogle @madebygoogle @sundarpichai @rosterloh A known Pixel 8 defect, a repair program built for it, and Google's answer is still: pay up. Two reasons, zero repairs. Apple fixed a friend's US iPhone in Mumbai same day. Pixel support is a joke. #Pixel8

@sundarpichai @madebygoogle My US-bought #Pixel8 now has the vertical line defect covered by Google's Extended Repair Program, but support in India says it can't be repaired here. A friend's US iPhone was fixed at Apple Mumbai same day. Could someone help?

@madebygoogle @sundarpichai @madebygoogle Google admits the Pixel 8 vertical line defect, then decides by IMEI who gets it fixed. Mine failed within 3 years and I'm told to pay. Apple fixed a friend's US iPhone in Mumbai same day. Last Pixel I'll buy. #Pixel8 #TeamPixel
