Today, the new Hoima City Stadium will host its first international match as @UgandaCranes🇺🇬 takes on Libya 🇱🇾 in a 2027 AFCON qualifier.

This is surely a dream come true, and I am excited about this historic milestone. I urge Ugandans to turn up in huge numbers and be part of the dream, but also take some time off to explore the beautiful Hoima City and support the local economy.

But most importantly, Hoima City Stadium is still a delicate egg, let us use the facility responsibly. Catch you there!
