I pity my fellow youths who get so focused on the people that dislike/hate on them that they end up forgeting to focus more on their lives instead. best thing you can do in this world is to "brace yourself" regardless.
There’s some truth in that.
The more patterns you see, the harder it becomes to pretend everything is normal. You start noticing incentives, hidden motives, power dynamics. A lot of what people call “social life” is just a collection of quiet negotiations.
But here’s the controversial part:
Being smart isn’t the curse. Being aware without being strategic is.
Truly intelligent people don’t just see the game — they learn when to play it, when to ignore it, and when to quietly change the rules. Acting a bit “dumb” in certain situations isn’t weakness. It’s often the highest form of social intelligence.
Not everyone needs to know you see through everything.
