First weekend as a coach ended in a championship win!! So thankful for this opportunity and can’t wait to see what’s a head. It’s always been a dream of mine to be a coach and help girls achieve what they want. Only the beginning!

How Coaches Build Relationships with Players:

Learn about their lives
Hold them accountable
Be someone they can trust
Be honest with them
Be empathetic
Believe in them
Encourage growth
Teach life lessons
Support academically & athletically
Listen to them
Appreciate uniqueness

[Jon Beck @CoachJonBeck]

Players want a coach’s approval, time & interest. They need to know their coach is truly invested in them. That happens through building & fostering genuine relationships. A few minutes a day to talk to, teach & focus on each player will develop remarkable, lasting relationships!

As a player, I can say he is one of the most influential people I’ve had in my life. I don’t know what I would do without him in my corner. Sad to see him go, but he is so deserving of an opportunity.

It’s been a great 3 years MBU! I’m joining the 1500+ other WBB affiliates in the transfer portal.

I’ve learned so much and grown tremendously in this short time. Thank you for every thing, Coach Ty Out ✌🏽🙏🏽🤞🏽
