@RepJasmine It’s apparent you’re either stupid, think the American people are stupid or need to take a government class. Either way, I’ll explain it super simple - you need 60 votes to pass and only 53 Republicans in the senate. That means 7 Democrats/independents have to vote yes. 🤦‍♀️
