@Sears my dryer has been broken for over a week and a half and the repair man was a no show. I’ve now been on hold with your company for 20 minutes. No wonder you went bankrupt.
Day 4, 7 representatives later and we still don’t have a working phone. Did I mention that we paid for insurance for a year? @verizon@Apple @VZWSupport @AppleSupport
@Apple@verizon@AppleSupport @VZWSupport So took the phone into a specialist at Best Buy and it would cost us $300 to send it in to get fixed. You all suck!
@SprintWorks4Me Now they are saying Apple has to fix it. Apple hasn’t done anything. I’m so mad that we paid for insurance this last year and we haven’t had a working phone for three days. Let alone I had to go to the ER on Wednesday and couldn’t get in touch with my hus.
@SprintWorks4Me It’s a known issue with the Apple model. Verizon got it stuck in set up mode where there is a two step authentication in which the phone is sent a code...the phone that has no service.
@AppleSupport@Apple @VZWSupport @verizon I cannot believe you all are still trying to run me through these hoops! We told about 6 different people now what is wrong and you just keep passing us off. We paid for insurance. We have no working phone.
@AppleSupport@Apple@verizon Model number A1660 has a known issue with those that lead to not getting service. Known? We didn’t know?! We paid for insurance.
