Under #MA63, Sabah, Sarawak, and Singapore were given about 30% of the Parliamentary seats.

Now, Sabah and Sarawak hold 25%. The situation is becoming worse. Now, Malayan parties want to get more seats by partipating in elections in Sabah and Sarawak.

By now, Sabahans would already know that the only way forward for Sabah is to vote for Sabah local parties.

Only local parties are fit to talk about Sabah’s rights under #MA63. Local leaders of non-Sabahan parties talk about MA63 based on agendas that do NOT align with MA63.

If Putrajaya appeals and succeeds, this would have effectively destroyed the very foundation upon which the Federation of Malaysia stands.

It cannot say that Malaysia exists yet does NOT accept the very document, i.e.. #MA63 that created Malaysia.

What happens if and when the federal government appeals against 17th October's High Court decision:
#MA63 is considered NOT a foundational legal document.
In turn, if this is the effect, then it is not efficacious in forming Malaysia.
This means that Malaysia does NOT exist.
