Thoughs from an old coach. This time of year we all reflect back. We also need to look forward with realistic goals. Not for the whole year but day by day, month by month. Keep moving forward with a purpose.
As an athlete, you’re only as good as your attitude. It doesn’t matter how talented you are, if you have a terrible attitude, you won’t accomplish much in life.
Your opponent can only get inside your head if you let them. Use your mental toughness to stay composed and focused no matter what your opponent says or does.
