Also, wow 0.6s going 200mph, I wouldn't consider that's slowing significantly and being prepared to stop for Max. FIA have no clue, without max paying attention, Lando gets no penalty.

@anhelloooo @ChrisHewgill Mazepin and Latifi in Austria 2021, which was also for failing to slow for double yellows in race. But different scenario because there was an actual crash and stranded cars, not just a piece of car off the racing line
