Remake has always caused a divide. At the end of the day, I have a lot of issues with remake/rebirth but I'm always open to hearing everyone's perspectives.

This fandom makes it seem like these guys killed your family when they arrived just expressing their thoughts.

I think its awesome that people are critical of Remake/Rebirth. Sometimes people have to do another playthrough to fully get a grasp of these games. I think the issue is 99% of Twitter going ham when at the end of the day it is all opinions and subjective

I will continue to love Alex. I will continue to play him in every SF game he's in. But Lord man... Its gonna be rough being an Alex fan lmfao

Funnily enough my main in Under Night and other games are weirdos too.. I still love the theme, design, and gameplay. I am more annoyed at Capcom. This character was getting a well deserved glow up and you pull THIS?!

Capcom has ruined Alex and this genuinely pisses me off. Now if you say you're an Alex fan, you'll be met with "Oh the sister fucker?" Goddamn man. I'm still an Alex diehard and I find 90% of his character cool. This shit doesn't bother me that much because+

Changing inputs or simplifying the game isn't going to get casuals to love these games more either. There's people out there who couldn't care less about EVO or who the hell Sajam is and just wanna play. Give em more stuff to do. 4/5

This genre is tough by default and even if someone don't stay long term that's okay! At least you got a new fan. Artists, cosplayers, people who love music, ect. FB fans should start thinking about how there's different reasons to get into fighters. 5/5

What if there's someone out there that finds Kyo Kusanagi cool as fuck but they can't jive with KoF? Give em some content where there isn't a lot of pressure. Something that can last. 3/5

Diehards gotta stop treating casuals like they don't matter. Fighting games need single player content so that players can have more to do than just labbing and online play. You need more so that the experience isn't samey imo. 2/5

Seeing a big argument about single player content in FGs imo, this genre needs it. Imagine you pay 70$ on a game that has great netcode and online but all you do is training mode and net play. That's not good man. There's more to a fighter than JUST gameplay. 1/5

I don't think Reload is awful. I think its great. However I don't really agree when someone says it's the best way to play P3 and considers the other 2 versions obcelete. I will say tho, all versions have their flaws and all versions have their upside. "definitive" is subjective+

I'm gonna mute Persona. This account is supposed to be a variety of stuff for my Timeline. All I see is shitty FES vs Reload discourse and it's pretty fucking obnoxious. From complaining about gloves to whining about FES fans being nostalgia blind. It's borderline obnoxious.

I am someone who's just happy someone is playing my favorite entry in the series I love. Why would I want to gatekeep? I genuinely don't give a flying fuck where you start as long as you played. I don't really like how much discourse I've seen about this game.

No meaningful discussion is being had and nobody can set their bias aside to have a genuine discussion without it being toxic. I personally enjoy FES more than Reload, however I don't see Reload as a replacement and I don't hate fans for having a preference.

This game is pretty good but each time I see how they market the game, I just sigh. What sucks is that this is probably not going to be the last guest character. Pretty unfortunate ngl

Ngl I'm not a fan of this. I'm happy for everyone that's happy, but this is the 4th Guest character in this game. It's pretty annoying to not see Mary, Jae, or Freeman. Feels like "Hey play our game! Look we got funny DJ, popular football star, SF characters, and Kenshiro!"

I partially agree. I don't really want to consistently get glazed but I felt like P5 eased off it a bit while it was at its worst in P4. I still enjoy the game, but I definitely got those Power Fantasy vibes from it.

I think P3 has a pretty good balance imo

Persona 6 is most likely getting announced this year, and I know I'm asking a lot here, but I hope they can ease off from the power fantasy aspect of these games a bit

Anyone wanna help me with modding Persona 3 FES? My goal is to just get mods from gamebanana on the file. I then wanna transfer the ROM to my SteamDeck. I followed all the guides I looked up and just get nothing but black screens. I've used guides and the discord isn't helping me
