I’ll stop saying this when they start releasing shows weekly again. Or even just in parts. You need TIME between seasons and episodes to gain hype. Look how much hype got wracked up between part 1 and part 2 of Bridgeton. Shows need time to reach their audience

It was so much easier to get viewership when shows were still on cable. You had 22 to 24 episodes, over the course of a year. Made people want to join in every week. Gave it time to get the word out and grow naturally. Now you need those numbers within the first two weeks

Netflix really thought that they could cancel Dead Boy Detectives, and everything would be quiet by the time they got back to the office on Tuesday. Netflix have clearly never met the #DeadBoyDetectives fandom. :)
