The Warriors not only avenged last years loss Up North to Petoskey, they are now 2-0 for the 2nd time in 3 Years, which hadn't been done since 2012, before that.

As usual, BCW got it done on the Ground and with Defense. Aidan Robinson led the Rushing Attack with 136 Yards and 2 Scores, with Lucas Julian adding 68 (TD), QB Jackson Clark 33 (TD) and Eli Meylan finishing with 64 Yards. Meylan also added 2 PATs.

On Defense, Lucas Julian created a Fumble and took it 65 Yards the other way, setting up Western with 1st and Goal from the 2. Both Tate Dutcher and Kaeson Frost nabbing INTs. Jack Goik recovered a Fumble as well.

Sad to hear about the passing of the lil bros from Saginaw. Mazzie was such a happy kid all of the time. I feel awful for his friends/family because I know how much joy he brought to everyone including myself. He was always a positive young man just trying to find a way out🙏🏾💔

@BankHoops @KaesonFrost was dominant most of the weekend @FerrisMBBALL camp. Kaeson was able to control games with powerful drives to the basket, explosive transition baskets, and consistent three point shooting. He led Bay City Western to a 6-4 record over two days at Ferris.

Our 17u finished the weekend 4-1 in the Kentucky grassroots tournament.
After losing game 1 they regrouped to run off 4 straight wins. Anthony Perdue played big all weekend. Kaeson Frost, Daniel Steele, Gage Coonan, Rob Williams & Kayden Young were also key contributors!
