R100k debt is nothing tbh. The fear of debt is both a blessing and a curse. The way many of us were taught is that debt is dangerous, yet without it, building something meaningful like a home, a business, or a sustainable future becomes incredibly difficult. Debt can hold you back, but avoiding it completely can keep you from moving forward.
#TshwaneYaTima was in the CBD today. We switched off water and electricity at the Thami Ndlala Mall and Hotel Apartments . This property owes the city over R600,000. We urge businesses to pay their municipal bills. @CityTshwane
He actually never bought anything with that money. He did regret betraying Jesus, so he threw the money into the temple, which was used to buy the potter’s field.
However, there was a symbolic reason behind what he did. 30 pieces of silver were the price of a slave; him selling out Jesus like that symbolised how little/cheaply Jesus was valued.
The 30 pieces fulfilled Zechariah’s prophecy that pieces of silver thrown into the temple will buy the potter’s field.
The point was that the world may undervalue what is holy, but God still brings purpose, prophecy, and redemption out of human failure.
It’s been a month since I tweeted this and all @OldMutualSA has done is offer condolences in the DMs and emails asking me to explain myself again. No actionable next steps on the claim! Not a word on how to resolve the matter! How disappointing!
Thembisa hospital... The one from which R2bn was stolen by CR's nephew... The nephew he claims not to know but whom he visited scream times, the nephew who's still walking the streets...
Please refuse to be angry at God today. He sees the pain, the delays, the questions you don’t have answers to. But He is not your enemy. He is your refuge and your strength. Sometimes the waiting hurts, but His love for you has not changed❤️
