With great sorrow I announce the death of my nephew who many know as our brother Counsel Chris Ibaale (Capo) who succumbed to Covid-19 a while ago. Gone to soon our dearest friend. We grew up with him in Kanyandahi as his mom (our big sis) went for further studies. GTS😭😭
