I teach college music theory, but I'm also a new dad. I decided to combine my professional and personal identities and make a thread of music for babies where the adult musicians went way, way harder than they had to. (1/12)
Sunday Funday gang where you at - I'm playing 4:30-7:30 at Neon Grotto today while soaking in the beautiful sunshine.
Excited to be playing with my friends from Crystal Queer Riot for this inclusive fiesta.
Today's the big day! I'm making my debut at Kingdom with a proper 2.5 hour set before the melodic maestro Sébastien Léger.
I've been playing everything BUT progressive house lately, but I'm feeling a return to my roots with some slow-burning selections tonight.
Beyond excited to have the house legend himself @therealsebleger coming to Kingdom this Friday! For direct support, we also have the amazing talent @KaiCastroMusic , so do not sleep on this one.
Tickets in bio.
This Friday I'm kicking off a mini-marathon of shows, including both my Kingdom debut and my San Marcos debut!
Kingdom is up first this Friday as I play alongside the incredible Sebastien Leger.
The promoters also represent a tight knit a burning man camp, and have invited me to play an extended b2b with one of their core musical curators. I'm excited to see what we cook up with our tangential and unique musical personalities.
I'm excited to announce my inclusion on the Crystal Queer Riot Austin lineup! This group has been programming fantastic LGBTQ+ parties in Dallas for some time, and it's time to bring that party down the road to Austin.
The queer community is one of the most historically significant groups when it comes to the growth of dance music, and it's an honor to represent straight allies on this lineup.
Can't believe I'm finally seeing @subfocus this Thursday. He's been a fav since I found electronic music. I had his album on repeat at the same time I discovered Kaskade, deadmau5 and Pendulum back in highschool.
This is going to be so so so much fun.

As a crowd we went through a symphony of emotion. We felt euphoria, we felt disbelief, we felt anxiety, we were granted relief.
On a Thursday night in Austin TX we witnessed a master of music and an unparalleled engineer create something truly, truly moving.
Last night was truly profound.
@maxcoopermax's live show was one of a kind, a culmination of 1000s of hours of work. Sounds and visuals so complex it would take hours to create seconds, all compiled into a journey with more range than any contemporary DJ set.
@concourseproj
Mountainous highs that had the crowd dancing maniacally were placed directly next to cinematic-sound-bath swells that had me genuinely contemplating life's most abstract questions.
Gearing up for my first SXSW as a full time musician. The goal is to stay downtown in the mix for as much of the week as possible. What events, venues, pop ups etc are y'all looking forward to the most?
