I booked a holiday through @loveholidays which included a Virgin flight. This flight was cancelled so @loveholidays requested a refund on my behalf. They have confirmed that you declined the refund request. Can you explain why, please?

@VirginAtlantic @loveholidays @loveholidays are telling me that @VirginAtlantic are holding the money for my flight and won’t refund it. @VirginAtlantic are telling me that it’s up to @loveholidays to give me a refund for a cancelled flight. Why can’t you speak to each other to resolve this?

@VirginAtlantic I have asked @loveholidays on many occasions and they keep saying that you’ve denied the refund request. The original flight was cancelled - would you not provide a refund in this instance regardless if a customer has booked directly or via 3rd party?

The worst thing is, if I had booked with @VirginAtlantic directly, I would have been able to get a refund but I can’t because I booked through @loveholidays. The @loveholidays rep also had the cheek to tell me I was being rude when they’ve been stringing me along for months!
