@Blueirons@blueabroadmedia@BaggersChat Good point, was just using the short form as an example. I think Kane has some merit to his point, im sure alot of members who cant listen to fan made podcast would like to hear from the club. 100% both can co exist and credit to the blues aboard team for getting the interview.
@Blueirons@blueabroadmedia@BaggersChat Fwiw im very pro fan lead podcast, but agenda setters views on socials are quite high (low of 30k with a high of 81k). Whilst TV ratings arent blowing out of the water, their short form content reaches quite a large audience
@Trats1999@XanderMcGuire7@7AFL@7NewsMelbourne I would think common sense would apply with that, Rioli has no option but to let his player run out of stoppage unattended to avoid the umpire.
Happy to protect the umpires, but punish the teams for using the umpire as a screen as well.
@jezzajones33@RalphyHeraldSun Essendon still going through the "process" which hird said he is going to follow. Just seems weird Simmo would rule himself out of both jobs, albeit if hird is favourite
@itsasimulationn@Tommy_Wolfe7 Massive gamble to take, but id like to think this is the last push at the "old Essendon". No one from that era can survive if this dosent work
@Tommy_Wolfe7 FWIW im on the fence, like the idea of him coming back a bit more now.I can't see how they turn him down now, but regardless of what happens it will finally silence the what if questions regarding Hird. If it works great, if not the club can move on finally.
